How's everything going on merlin?

Its almost 10 days and I am using my NAPs regularly.
However,It makes my brain like shit.I feel too exhausted I don't know why.

Like,Something is being bombarded on me.

Hey Merlin! I just realized that we all operate on certain frequencies right? So maybe while making NAPs the frequency we are recording is not high enough to match our desired vibrations?
