Throughout the years, we have tested many different set of lines but there are 3 that seem to bring the best results so far. We haven't quite cracked the LOA puzzle yet but we have never been so close from it than lately.

We call it the 3-Line NAP.

Before you continue reading, I would suggest that you bookmark this page and come back to it once a month since I will update it with the latest discoveries and NAP format we have found to work the best.

1- Goal Line

This section is where you state what you wish to attract. It is used to implant new "positive beliefs" in your Subconscious Mind while you sleep. Think of positive beliefs as magnets that "attract" your goal.

As I write this, it looks like a detailed little story of about 3-10 lines is the best to tell your SM what is it you want. So you just picture in your head that event where you have your goal and you describe what's happening.

For example, you want to buy a new convertible car and take a road trip to Vegas with your friends.

You could say...

- You just got your brand new convertible car
- You are so happy
- You brought your friends with you.
- You are heading for Vegas...YEAH BABY.
- You plug your iPod and blast your favorites tunes
- That new car drives like a dream
- You can feel the hot sunshine on your skin
- etc...


Get the idea?

It is not mandatory but if you can feel emotions and even see a picture or mental movie in your head while recording your NAP, this may even speed up the manifestation.

2- Cleaning Line

This one is meant to remove all the negative "limiting beliefs" (LBs). Think of limiting beliefs as magnets that "repels" your goal.

The Cleaning Line doesn't change a lot except for the last words where you say your specific goal.

"You have now removed all the regular, core and hidden limiting beliefs on every Levels of your consciousness so that you can now attract _________ (ex: better health, your soulmate, an extra $500 this week, etc...)."


Another Cleaning line example is when you already have a problem or health issue and you want it gone, you can use this cleaning line...

"You have now removed all the regular, core and hidden limiting beliefs on every Levels of your consciousness that are causing _________ (ex: my disease, my money problem, my relationship problem, etc...)."

Usually, when we add a Cleaning line to our NAP, our limiting beliefs will fight back by giving us nasty physical and psychological symptoms and this is why we will need this 3rd line.

3- No Symptoms Line

As the name says it, this line usually removes or greatly reduce the nasty physical and psychological symptoms that the cleaning line gives us.

The No Symptoms Line never changes from goal to goal.

"To avoid all physical and psychological symptoms, you now add and remove safely and softly, all the beliefs that are related to this goal."

Using the 14-14 (or 10-10-10) Format

The 14-14 Format means that you should do 14 days straight non-stop of listening to your 3-line NAP for the cleaning of Regular, Core and Hidden LBs and then, you stop for 14 days called The Letting Go Period. Once you are done those 28 days of Cleaning and Letting Go, you have completed ROUND #1.

Chances are, you will need 2-3 rounds to manifest your goal so about 2-3 months since each round lasts 28 days. This is what we are testing these days.

The 10-10-10 format means that we use 3 different NAPs, each NAP has a different topic and you alternate them 1 after the other during the month. When NAP #1 is over, you move on to NAP #2 for the next 10 days and so on. After you have played NAP #2 and #3, 20 days of Letting Go for NAP #1 will have passed.

So there you have it. If you are new to this forum or NAPs, you can always look at the example lines I posted above and adapt them them to your goal and post your lines below and I will comment on them.

Btw, I do NOT have all the answers so your guess is as good as mine as to whether or not your 3-Line NAP will work or not and I certainly cannot predict when it will manifest if at all.

Hi all,

Have been browsing the threads for quite a while and I feel like it's time for me to say HI :)
I'm from Hong Kong, so English is not my first language. I searched the old threads and you guys said it would be better to record the NAP in our first language. I've always been reading all the LOA materials in English, so at the beginning I was not sure if it would work if I just translate the NAP lines literally into Cantonese. But I recorded them in Cantonese anyway and they worked.

I've tried two kinds of NAP so far. The first one was a NAP format that's only with simple goal line (and of course it didn't work lol) Back then I thought I could do whatever NAP format I wanted to do. I NAPed for more than a month and nothing showed up.

then my second attempt was sticking to the latest format you all are trying, the 3 line format. I know I shouldn't be doing my NAP on two areas, but then the two areas really bug me so I decided to go with two NAPs at the same time.

And boy the one NAP about physical change worked within a month. :lol: I've always wanted my nose to look pointier, so I unintentionally recorded the goal line in details and with more emotion, and that 3 line NAP worked like a dream. I didn't tell anyone about me doing NAP, and one day my mum suddenly told me my nose looked pointier :shock: The physical change was obvious I would say. I don't have a lot of limiting beliefs regarding this area tho.

Another 3-line NAP is about relationship issue. I was working on reconciling with a specific person. I've to say it kind of worked because some past issues flashed back from time to time. And then I met some of my exs out of the blue, which was unusual. The cleaning from within must be working, because I could tell I've accumulated quite a lot of limiting beliefs on relationship because of all the failure in the past.

Now I'll record a new NAP with detailed goal line. Happy NAPing everyone! ;)

Here's my Goal line:

You are 170 cm tall. You are happy because of your height. You walk along the street, feeling tall and proud. You never felt better in your life. Your height is what makes you awesome. It's great to be 170 cm tall.

It looks like a lot of people are adding lines that could trigger images or emotions. That should be interesting to watch.

Hi Merlin,

I guess we're dropping the HV line for the time being. Though I thought that was working? Or have I missed a post somewhere about not using the HV line anymore?

You can keep it if you want. The main idea behind the HV line was that we just couldn't raise our vibration fast enough most probably because of the core limiting beliefs still present.

But now that we are removing those core limiting beliefs, the rubber band effect that slowed our elevation in vibration has mostly been neutralized.

I looks like most people switched to the more detailed goal line on March 12 so we should see for the first time a 21 day NAP with BOTH the detailed goal line and the regular and core beliefs lines.

So the next 1-2 weeks should be interesting to watch. :twisted:

I can't remember the exact wording. But my new format NAP is to attract £10.000

You have now received £10.000
The money is now in your bank account
You pay off your bill's with some of the money
and now you are going in to the travel agents to book a nice holiday.
