Throughout the years, we have tested many different set of lines but there are 3 that seem to bring the best results so far. We haven't quite cracked the LOA puzzle yet but we have never been so close from it than lately.
We call it the 3-Line NAP.
Before you continue reading, I would suggest that you bookmark this page and come back to it once a month since I will update it with the latest discoveries and NAP format we have found to work the best.
1- Goal Line
This section is where you state what you wish to attract. It is used to implant new "positive beliefs" in your Subconscious Mind while you sleep. Think of positive beliefs as magnets that "attract" your goal.
As I write this, it looks like a detailed little story of about 3-10 lines is the best to tell your SM what is it you want. So you just picture in your head that event where you have your goal and you describe what's happening.
For example, you want to buy a new convertible car and take a road trip to Vegas with your friends.
You could say...
- You just got your brand new convertible car
- You are so happy
- You brought your friends with you.
- You are heading for Vegas...YEAH BABY.
- You plug your iPod and blast your favorites tunes
- That new car drives like a dream
- You can feel the hot sunshine on your skin
- etc...
Get the idea?
It is not mandatory but if you can feel emotions and even see a picture or mental movie in your head while recording your NAP, this may even speed up the manifestation.
2- Cleaning Line
This one is meant to remove all the negative "limiting beliefs" (LBs). Think of limiting beliefs as magnets that "repels" your goal.
The Cleaning Line doesn't change a lot except for the last words where you say your specific goal.
"You have now removed all the regular, core and hidden limiting beliefs on every Levels of your consciousness so that you can now attract _________ (ex: better health, your soulmate, an extra $500 this week, etc...)."
Another Cleaning line example is when you already have a problem or health issue and you want it gone, you can use this cleaning line...
"You have now removed all the regular, core and hidden limiting beliefs on every Levels of your consciousness that are causing _________ (ex: my disease, my money problem, my relationship problem, etc...)."
Usually, when we add a Cleaning line to our NAP, our limiting beliefs will fight back by giving us nasty physical and psychological symptoms and this is why we will need this 3rd line.
3- No Symptoms Line
As the name says it, this line usually removes or greatly reduce the nasty physical and psychological symptoms that the cleaning line gives us.
The No Symptoms Line never changes from goal to goal.
"To avoid all physical and psychological symptoms, you now add and remove safely and softly, all the beliefs that are related to this goal."
Using the 14-14 (or 10-10-10) Format
The 14-14 Format means that you should do 14 days straight non-stop of listening to your 3-line NAP for the cleaning of Regular, Core and Hidden LBs and then, you stop for 14 days called The Letting Go Period. Once you are done those 28 days of Cleaning and Letting Go, you have completed ROUND #1.
Chances are, you will need 2-3 rounds to manifest your goal so about 2-3 months since each round lasts 28 days. This is what we are testing these days.
The 10-10-10 format means that we use 3 different NAPs, each NAP has a different topic and you alternate them 1 after the other during the month. When NAP #1 is over, you move on to NAP #2 for the next 10 days and so on. After you have played NAP #2 and #3, 20 days of Letting Go for NAP #1 will have passed.
So there you have it. If you are new to this forum or NAPs, you can always look at the example lines I posted above and adapt them them to your goal and post your lines below and I will comment on them.
Btw, I do NOT have all the answers so your guess is as good as mine as to whether or not your 3-Line NAP will work or not and I certainly cannot predict when it will manifest if at all.
