Sure. I cleared a total of only 4 regular and one hidden trapped emotions overall which is very low because usually, for a Heart Wall cleanup, we see 20 or more.

For self esteem I would recommend a Goal NAP. I talk about it in other threads.

From what I get from MT, this 4D ascension is in 2025 but it all depends on the vibration of each individual so if you are very high in vibration, you might shift today or this year.

I will not ask MT about my vibration or your vibration because it will probably be another lie but there might be some hope here...

Hi Merlin, I have been a passive member of the forum for quite some time. I feel like I am having a lot of trapped emotions inside becuz I am feeling more anxious these days. Can you please help me clear them ? Also let me know where I can learn about muscle testing.

Yeah you got about 20 which is normal at first and is called the "Heart Wall". Since emotions are originated from the earth, it's normal to have most of them stuck around the heart. Since I cleared all 20 in a row, you might feel nothing at all or it could be a dramatic change, it depends on the person. Let me know how it goes for you.

Thank you Merlin. I think this explains what was happening with me these days. As of now I am feeling normal with more positivity.. Nothing dramatic as of now and hoping for some big push. Let’s see and Will update you when things go well.
