Emotional Guidance Scale

Just for the fun of it, where are you on this scale?

I was surprise to find myself most of the time on the downward spiral between number 8 and 14. :?

I'm gonna slack on MT because it makes me go as high as #3 (Enthusiasm) but makes me crash as low as #16 (Discouragement) when it turns out to be a lie and that's not healthy.

Usually I’m between 3 and 5 !

Usually between 1-7. Some days (especially when i havent had a satisfying sleep I can go up to 17. But most days (like today) am pretty good :)
