(Money & The Lottery FAQs)

ith all the questions I received for this Lottery Project, I figured it might be a good idea to create a FAQ page with most of the answers.

1- What's a NAP and what is it's use?

NAPs is short for Night Audio Programs. They are simply audio afirmations that we create ourselves on our computer using our own voice. They usually last around 8 seconds each and are played back all night long while we sleep to implant this affirmation/goal into our Subconscious Mind in order to attract a goal we have.

2- Why we should listen to our NAP while we sleep and not during the day?

That has to do with bypassing our analytical Conscious Mind so that no filtering will take place and that our goals will be fully and directly implanted in our Subconscious Mind.

3- I have a microphone, how do I do a NAP?

This is what you need to do to reprogram your brain so that your desired goals can be implanted into your Subconscious Mind EVEN if you think the opposite during the day.

Step 1: Get yourself a headset with a microphone in it.

Step 2: Open up the free Windows sound recorder tool (Start>>Programs>>Accessories>>Entertainment>>Sound Recorder).

Step 3: Record yourself (Red round button) a msg that last about 6 seconds and leave 2 secs of blank sound before you click the stop button (Black square button) and save it in your PC by giving it a name (ex: Lottery-NAP-1.wav).

Step 4: To play your audio msg back in a loop you can use Windows Media Player (Start>>Programs>>Accessories>>Entertainment>>Windows Media Player) then once opened, go in the PLAY menu and click on the "Repeat" function (see image below). Aftert that you just open up your latest NAP (ex: Lottery-NAP-1.wav) and hit the PLAY button.

Finally, you can buy a long extension so that you can bring your computer's headphones near your bed and place it about 1 feet above your pillow so that you can hear it loop all night long. You can lower the sound to sleep better but I suggest you hear every word just to make sure your affirmation will be dumped into your SM while you sleep.

4- Should I use I AM or YOU ARE in the NAP?

During an hypnosis show with people on stage, when the hypnotist puts you to sleep, he doesn't say "I AM turning into a chicken", instead, he will say "YOU ARE turning into a chicken"...right? So here the same logic applies when you hear and audio clip even if it's made by you, you must record the NAP using "YOU ARE...".

All the NAPs that worked for me have been using the YOU statement. There is however Teri Mahaney who goes with I AM in her Supersleep affirmations and it seems to work for her so maybe the SM recognize the voice and works with both I AM and YOU ARE but by experience I used the YOU ARE so i'll stick with this.

5- I'm not sleeping alone, what should I do to not bother my partner?

Well, you can use small earphones with a head band to keep them in place during the night so that only you will hear the NAP but I suggest you try one that you have in common so that you will both attract it. This could create a nice bond between you if it works.

6- I don't have a microphone for now, what do I do?

I have created a page just for you. Here's the direct link.
